I cannot express my gratitude enough to this team. My parents recently lost their beloved dog, Bruno, less than a year after losing his brother, Boris. I wanted to send them something beautiful to bring a little comfort during such a heartbreaking time. The two-toned orchid arrangement was absolutely gorgeous, but what truly touched my heart was the kindness shown during the delivery. When my mom answered the door, the woman delivering the flowers addressed her by name and offered such genuine, heartfelt condolences that my dad actually thought she knew my mom personally. That small act of compassion meant more to my parents than I can adequately express. It is rare to encounter that level of thoughtfulness and personal care, especially in what could have been a simple delivery. Thank you for not only creating something beautiful, but for making my parents feel seen, cared for, and comforted during a very difficult moment. You truly went above and beyond, and I will never forget it.

Sent an arrangement of orchids after speaking to the shop’s owner, Annette; who was very considerate and answered my questions about certain plants. And followed up with a email to say they had been delivered. Delivered on time with the card to my sister in hospice care the next day. Would order from this florist again.
